All orders are for in-store pick up only at our retail bakeries (Midtown & Roseville). We do not ship any products. Available pick up dates are between Monday November 21st through Wednesday November 23rd. Place your order today as pick up dates and times will book up fast! Last day to place your order is Friday November 18th 3pm. We are closed Thanksgiving Day.

The process is simple. Add your selected items to your checkout cart, choose your pick up location, time, and date, complete your online payment, and on your order date simply skip the line at the bakery and pick up your prepaid order.

We require a 48 hour notice for any changes or cancelations to your order. After Nov 18th 3pm orders cannot be modified (flavors, increased quantities, pick up times or dates), they can only be canceled with a refund or partially refunded. The 48 hour notice policy still applies.

2022 UPDATE: IF YOUR ORDER IS SCHEDULED TO BE PICKED UP ON THE NOV. 23RD AND YOU DO NOT PICK UP YOUR ORDER, WE WILL NOT HOLD YOUR ORDER FOR YOU. YOUR ORDER WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DONATED TO THE CHARITY OF OUR CHOICE. OUR SAME REFUND POLICY STILL APPLIES.

Order Policy

-Refunds and/or order changes cannot be issued less than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date.

Examples: -You cannot cancel an order the day before your scheduled pick up date
-You cannot change the flavor of your cake the day before your scheduled pick up date
-You cannot change your pick up date the day before your scheduled pick up date

-Unsatisfactory product must be returned for a refund. We will not issue refunds otherwise.
-We are not responsible for incorrect dates and/or order specifics selected by customers.
-Unfortunately we do not ship products.
-Orders that are not picked up will be discarded 48 hour’s after scheduled pickup date.
-Customers will not be notified if they’ve forgotten to pick up their order.
